By using the Paintrip app, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher age requirement that applies in your country or region to use Paintrip. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Paintrip only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Content you upload

You’re responsible for the photos you upload — only upload photos you have the right to use, and that don’t contain unlawful content or infringe on someone else’s rights.

AI-generated images

You retain the right to use the illustrations Paintrip generates from your photos. Because this is AI-generated content (Google Gemini), details such as the location name in the caption may not be perfectly accurate — Paintrip does not guarantee the accuracy of information the AI infers.

Credits and subscriptions

Paintrip does not provide free generation credits. A generation requires the number of credits shown in the app, normally one credit. The exact price and credits included in each product are shown before purchase. Credits are added only after Apple App Store or Google Play confirms the transaction. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and remain available until used or until your account is deleted.

One-time packs are charged once. Subscriptions renew automatically and add the displayed credits after each successful renewal unless you cancel before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove credits already added. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are also subject to the rules of the store where you bought them. Deleting your Paintrip account does not cancel an active subscription and permanently forfeits unused credits — see our Delete Account guide.

Community and shared pictures

Pictures you generate are private by default. You can choose to share a picture to Community, where other signed-in Paintrip users can see it next to the username you picked, like it, save it and share it elsewhere. You can stop sharing a picture at any time; copies other people already saved before that can’t be recalled.

By sharing a picture to Community you confirm you have the right to publish it, and you grant us permission to display it inside Paintrip to other users for as long as you keep it shared.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Paintrip to generate or share offensive content, content that infringes on others’ rights, or content that is unlawful. This applies in particular to pictures you share to Community. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Reporting and removal

Anyone can report a picture in Community directly from the app. A picture reported by enough separate people is automatically hidden from Community and can’t be shared again by its owner. We may also remove any shared content that violates these terms. If you believe your picture was hidden by mistake, contact us at the address below.

Don’t abuse the reporting feature — submitting reports in bad faith to hide other people’s legitimate content is itself a violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Paintrip is provided "as is," with no guarantee that the service is always available or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time, and will notify you in the app of any material changes.
